Luqman Olatokunbo Obileye is a co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of B-K-O Citadel Limited, a firm of consultants. In this role, he provides strategic leadership for the organisation in various public and private sector engagements across critical sectors of the Nigerian economy. Prior to starting B-K-O Citadel, he had 18 years’ value-adding experience in retail and commercial banking with the now-defunct Habib Nigeria Bank Plc and its successor organisation, Bank PHB Plc (now Keystone Bank). He was a member of ‘Project Oak’, the team that worked with the global consulting firm, KPMG to deliver Bank PHB, the business combination of Habib Nigeria Bank and Platinum Bank in 2006. Luqman holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and two Masters Degrees in Business Administration (with specialisation in Marketing) and Managerial Psychology from the Delta State University and the University of Ibadan respectively.
