Ahmed Babatunde Popoola: Chairman of Board
Ahmed Babatunde Popoola is the pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CRC Credit Bureau Limited since 2008. He was also the pioneer Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Abuja Enterprise Agency, an agency established by the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) in partnership with the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) with the support of the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID). to stimulate entrepreneurship and business growth in the FCT. Before then, he was in the banking industry until 2005 where he rose to the position of a General Manager.
He attended various academic and professional programs at University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile – Ife, Nigeria and the University of Lagos. Mr. Popoola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, two Masters Degrees in Banking & Finance and Economics. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS) and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the Institute of Directors (IoD). He holds the fellowship of four institutions, namely, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD) and the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria. He has facilitated and attended several programs especially on Entrepreneurship, Banking and Finance, Leadership and Development. He holds several awards and recognitions especially for his role in entrepreneurship and self empowerment of the youths.
He has passion for youth development and for developing small businesses and he has successfully assisted in setting up, nurturing and running quite a number of them. He is a multi – skilled professional with emphasis in economics, banking, accounting, finance, risk management, taxation, business development, management and leadership. He is a confident, self-motivated and resourceful individual with a high level of leadership and management acumen.
Widely traveled, Mr. Popoola provides leadership in various other spheres. He was Chairman of the Lagos and District Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (2007-09). His services to Nigeria and humanity especially his contribution to youth empowerment and business development have been recognized through a number of awards. He is an Ambassador for Peace; an Officer of Great Ife, an award and recognition conferred on him by his university alumni association, the Great Ife Alumni and the country (Nigeria) winner of the 1st Pan African Prize for Entrepreneurial Teacher in 2007. He holds a special recognition and commendation by the Honorable Minister of the Federal Capital Territory for his innovation and promotion of youth enterprise in the FCT. He was also conferred with the 2007 Partners for Excellence in Education and Learning (PEEL) Role Model (Children Mentor) award.
He is a onetime national president of UNIFEMGA and National Amir of The Companion. He is the founder of TOMEB Foundation for Youth Development and Sustainability.

Shuaibu Idris; Director
He is also the Chairman and Managing Consultant of Time-Line Consult Limited, a financial and advisory firm that consults for diverse business interest. His early education was in Dogon Dawa, Birnin Gwari Local Government of Kaduna, his home state. He studied accountancy from Bayero University Kano and performed his National Youth Service at National Oil and Chemical Marketing Company (now Conoil) in Rivers State as Customer Accounts Officer. There was thereafter no hold back for him as he has traversed virtually all sectors of the economy from Banking, Manufacturing, Human Resources, financial consultancy, entrepreneurial mentoring and politics.
Shuaibu Idris started his working career with Kaduna State Board of Internal Revenue as an Inspector of Taxes in May 1986; by January 1987 he was recruited by the famous Chase Merchant Bank Nigeria as an Analyst and thus joined the bank in its Lagos head office. His pedigree earned him a scholarship from British council to bag a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Wales, United Kingdom. He rose to the position of Head of Financial Advisory Services team before his exit to join Lakeside Investment Limited as the company’s pioneer Deputy Chief Executive Officer. His Banking career blossomed when he was invited by a group of friends to salvage the ailing Liberty Merchant Bank which he joined as the Assistant General Manager in Charge of Public Sector. Having completed his task at Liberty Merchant Bank; his proficiency was once again noticed by the conglomerate of Dangote Group in September 2002 as he was engaged in the position of Group General Manager in charge of Human Resources, Administration, Corporate Affairs and Environment. He served in various capacity rising to Executive Director, Sales and Marketing (Flour), And Deputy Managing Director/COO Dangote Flour Milling Group.
Shuaibu’s versatility and the zeal to serve his fatherland saw his romance with politics in his home state Kaduna which necessitated his resignation from his plum job in Dangote in 2010. His interest for education and acquisition of knowledge has seen him in several local and foreign workshops, seminar and courses being alumnus of Harvard, Lagos, Business Schools and University of Cambridge to mention but a few. Shuaibu Idris is widely travelled with stint in countries like Saudi Arabia, U.S.A., U.K., Singapore, Malaysia, Germany, France, India, Pakistan, South Africa, and Kenya etc. His interest in the media has positioned him to comment on a lot of National and international issues in print and electronic media. Luqman Olatokunbo Obileye; Consultant to Aims Media
He is a Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of B-K-O Citadel, a firm of Management Consultants with specialization in Training and Strategy. Prior to his appointment with B-K-O Citadel, he was a Senior Manager with Bank PHB, an organisation he joined in January 2006 as a pioneer staff. In this function, he was directly responsible for business development and overall management of the branch. His business development functions involve marketing and branch development, creation and management of risk assets, product and customer profitability, assets and liability management. Luqman was a part of the Integration Team that worked with KPMG on the merger between Habib Nigeria Bank Plc and Platinum Bank Plc to form Bank PHB Plc. In particular, he was a member of the Project Management and the Strategy & Business Model Teams. Prior to the merger, he had worked in several branches and departments of Habib Nigeria Bank Plc (one of the legacy banks that merged to form Bank PHB), gaining critical and wide-ranging experience in banking operations, credit, marketing, project implementation and customer service delivery. Before his banking career, he was at African Concord Newsmagazine as a Reporter on the Foreign Desk. For his National Service, he was with the now defunct Mass Movement for Social Justice and Economic Recovery (MAMSER) Ondo State, where he gained vital experience in public sector information management and social engineering. Luqman is a 1989 graduate of International Relations from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He also holds two Master Degrees in Business Administration [MBA] and Managerial Psychology [MMP]. In 2006, Luqman was awarded a Fellow of LEAD (Leadership for Environment and Development) having participated in intensive global training sessions on leadership and world sustainable issues, backed up with field visits to Senegal and India. As part of his LEAD training, he participated in hands-on leadership training in critical areas such as sustainable development, project management, team/consensus building, and conflict resolution. Luqman is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Affairs Management [ICAM], a Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria [NIMN], and a member of the International Council of Small Business (ICSB). Luqman is the Secretary, Board of Governors of Network Project for the Disabled (NPD) and is on the faculty of several Consulting firms in Nigeria, including the Financial Institutions training Centre (FITC).

Hajia Aminah Muhammad; Managing Director/CEO
She is a total and quintessential broadcaster with over thirty three years’ experience who worked with the largest Television Network in Africa, NTA until her retirement in 2015. She rose through the rank to head the programmes department of a Twenty Four hours broadcast station NTA Lagos. She has designed and anchored several flagship programmes as the stations contribution to the Network of NTA. It has been a no hold back since she created and produced her first creative work posts University in 1989, THE WHILEWIND, a youth adventure series. Her key strength amongst her numerous creative works is sustaining the fourteen year old MULTIPLE AWARD WINNING TODAY’S BABY on NTA. The programme she designed to curtail the scourge of Maternal and Infant Mortality in the country. As a follow up to TODAYS BABY, she and her team members has designed CHILD CREST to take a holistic look on all about the child which has taken them some parts of the federation. Aminah anchors high grade programmes with notable personalities in the society. She has worked with UN bodies of which she is known to annually host Nursing Mothers to create the awareness of Exclusive Breastfeeding in collaboration with UNICEF and other corporate bodies in the Annual International Breastfeeding Week. She has attended several local and international conferences seminars and workshops. A lover of family values which explains family based events organized by her to enhance cohesion of people from diverse background. Hajia, as she is popularly called has trained and mentored a lot of young ones in the broadcast industry.
With her keen interest in developmental journalism, she alongside her team members created Aims Media Company Limited to continue with the high quality production to meet the yearnings of digital broadcast. She now sits a top of the company post retirement from NTA. Trained at University of Ibadan with post graduate studies in Mass Communications from Leicester University United Kingdom, she is poised to advance media practice in line with international best practices providing digital solution to your broadcast content. Hajia Aminah Muhammad is a one-time Amirah (Woman President) of The Movement for Islamic Culture and Awareness (MICA), former Secretary NANTAP, and a former Publicity Secretary of University of Ibadan Alumni Association; Lagos State Branch. A lot of women and the younger ones in the society look up to her as their role model and mentor. She is also the founder of Nurturing Fitrah foundation, a non-governmental organization with a formidable board of trustees. The focus is on advocating for right parenting and grooming teenagers pan Nigeria since 2010.

Jaafar Muhammad; Production Coordinator
He has been in the media practice for over ten years with notable milestone to his credit. A tink tank in event coordination and programme production, he has to his credit the Dangote 2008 family funfair that had over two thousand parents in attendance and other several events hosted by Aims media with those of VITAFOAM topping the list. He has designed several initiatives for Aims Media which has earned the organization the slot of training those on their National Youth Service on the SAED programme. Jaafar is a team player with a calm disposition. He has a diploma in sociology in university of Lagos and also Bsc in Mass communication (major in photo journalism and cinematography) from Lagos state University, LASU. With a strong determination to meet set target, he is very strong willed and desires positive results.
